wonderful family trip
super clean roomtalented entertainmentthemed dinner
The best part was how clean the rooms were. The staff kept everything super clean (i really appreciate that!). the entertainment team was very talented. i particularly enjoyed the freddie mercury tribute night and the dancers. the food was also excellent. There was a different theme every night, so i always had something new to try.

the staff generally had time for a chat.
I found the food to be inconsistent. It improved at times but was never consistently hot. the room was dated, with marks on the walls, suggesting a need for better maintenance.

The food was AMAZING!!! There were many choices and different variety every day. The entertainment team, led by Ayo and Michaella, did a fantastic job. The bar team by the pool, especially Claris and Olga, also were super friendly. The sales manager gave great tips on where to go and what to see.
The gym had a terrible smell. I detected mold on the walls, not appealing. I couldn't stay there for more than a couple of minutes.

The dining area offered a themed buffet every night. I saw different cuisines like Italian, Asian, and Cypriot. The snack bar was always well stocked, and offered some form of chicken and chips.

I observed the staff were always polite and professional. The reception staff answered all questions. I saw the entertainment team organized several activities throughout the day, so people can participate.

Acceptable, but Several Annoyances

The location was strategic with accessibility to the shops and the mall a short walk away meeting my basic needs.
The maid was excessively pushy when we were leaving, asking about a tip multiple times. This. There was no light on the balcony, I wanted to sit and read at night. there wasn't a clothes airer, I had to hang wet clothes over the balcony and it did not look good.
